    Garage Beat '66

All 5 of 'em are awesome. They are just heavier in vibe.

I think the first song on the first album pretty much set the tone for the series: "Like What! Me Worry?" is a great song.

Skelter, whch one is your favorite Garage Beat '66 CD?

for me, I'd have to say "#3 Feeling Zero", it got great stuff like "I'll be in", "Bottle up and go" and of course, the awesome distorted psychedlic number "Feeling Zero" by Neighbourhood Children (Don't settle for one song. Buy "Long Years in Space", it's a great CD!!)

#1 is my favorite volume. Besides the fantastic opener, "Like What, Me Worry" of course, there's "Hipsville 29 BC", "Hard Times", "Hey You", "Shame on You", "No Friend of Mine" and the bad trip of "I Wanna Come Back From the World of LSD". But all five volumes are awesome.

Yeah, #1 is awesome... it has to be... so it's probably a tie beetween #1 and #3 when it comes to the best volume

As for the best song, I will say "Sweetgina". BTW, I am probably buying "I Want Out" by Things to Come... or "getting" it somehow. I've heard samples and it's got a mouth-organ based instrumental version of Sweetgina, along with Steve Runolffson's raucous rendering to "Smokestack Lightning"

I prefer my winamp lists. Compilers of compilation discs never seem to agree with me. :)

Box of Trash. Idk, it might only be found here in Canada, seeing as how a lot of artists on it are Canadian.

From this list I would have to say Nuggets, but it's far from my favorite Garage Rock compilation.
