https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ri6ySOHoDfk& I want to believe that it is, but, i'm not sure I'm 100% sure that the Sherrif is my new hero though
That was the stupidest news report I have ever seen... First of all, most emo's don't cry as much as they are accused of, very few cut themselves, and even fewer attempt suicide... That sherriff is a moron. People don't commit/attempt suicide to get scene points, they do it because they are depressed! And emo doesn't have points, that is scene. Stupid news reporters don't know the differance between scene and emo. What news channel was this on? Its just another weapon of mass deception... They are trying to get parents thinking about their kids who there is NOTHING wrong with, they are just expressing themselves and exploring new things about themself, and not thinking about the war and all the other stuff screwed up in this country! I learned a lot about myself from my days as an emo kid... And even from my days as a scene kid. I think if someone is into it, good for them! They are learning to shop from thrift stores, and there is actually a good amount of talent in Emo music (I still like Dashboard Confessional).
Scene is basically the same thing as hardcore.. Actually, hardcore is an incarnation of scene, I think, and so is fashioncore... Alternative rock is becoming quit confusing, nowadays.
Really now? What a coincidence. Fall Out Boy makes me want to vomit excessively and cut my wrists simultaneously! Huh. What a small small world.
I used to like Fall Out Boy... But now, I like very very very little emo music... Like Dashboard. Bright eyes CAN be called emo, but he is also very folky. Depends on how ya look at it, I guess... I don't care too much about genre... I like the music I like.
I was joking? I'm not a genre person either... http://www.myspace.com/marcoesquandolas1 my myspace explains that one pretty well as far as musical interests go, by the way, if you haven't, add me.
Hahahaha, sorry man... Sarcasm isn't so easy to get or potray in a forum, hahaha. And I am adding you right now, man.
Precisely. Who cares if other people don't like the music you listen to? Or who cares what genre it is? I like a lot of weird random things that I get called out on for sometimes, but who cares. I make fun of things like that, but I really mean nothing by it. I do hate Fall Out Boy though. And don't even get me started on Panic! At the Disco. But to each his own...
I listen to Clay Aiken every now and again... I really like his voice for some reason. (Not emo... Sort of unrelated, except the fact it is an odd type of music I like and I don't care if anyone else likes it or not)
My grandma didn't live too far from him. She lived in Greensboro, NC... he was just from down the road about a half mile.
That's pretty awesome. I don't watch American Idol though... But someone I worked with told me I should try out for it... So I might. That's be interesting...
You should try out for it. Why not? It's an experience you can say you had. A story to tell and your very own 15 minutes of fame.
Yeah, I work with another girl who tried out for it last year, but had a cold so she didn't stand a chance, hahaha. She is a really good singer, too! But I think I might go with her when she tries out next time. Hahhahahahaha, I get it! Or at least, I hope I get it...
