you just gotta look and ask around man. i live in nj and in my town which is only 1 square mile theres about 5 dealers i no.

 

well having you been a smoker in the past, maybe gain some friends you think smoke ask them. if that doesnt work start up conversations with random people who look like they smoke, talking about band etc. then ask them if they smoke.

even if you think its wierd still do it, if you do both of these continuosley i promise you, youll come up with something.
