My advice: try dating someone older. A lot of girls drop that anti-intellect bullcrap after they get out of highschool and get some life experience under their belt. My younger sister just about drove me insane when she was in highschool with her makeup and friends and "lets go to the mall this weekend" nonsense but now that she is out she has dropped a lot of that. She is more her own person now than ever before , which is nice to see. A lot of girls think they have to behave "ultra girly" or no guys are going to be attracted to them. Its also worth pointing out that most guys arent secure enough in their masculinity to date a girl who doesnt fit society's standards.
Anag, you're makin a shitload of sense. When I told my buddies i like chicks who drink beer, act aggressive, pick fights, act tough, and generally carry themselves as "bad" or rough, they said i was gay and they still say it... I guess girls ARE affraid to defy convention if this is the treatment people who defy convention get. PS: If one more person talks about how sex is about love and equality and spirituality and your moon sign on his sun sign, etc I will kill myself. It hasn't happened on THIS thread too much yet but jesus christ, I'm not into hippy sex, tantric sex, yoga, astrology or any of that shit im into brutality so don't put ur advice here! lol
My late wife was a nationally ranked tennis player, and liked "guy stuff" - sports like football (to watch). But she could be very feminine. A lot of guys like women who enjoy the same things they do.
Sejtzu, I checked out the girl you mentioned... Meh, not my thing, lol! See, there's girly and then there's dike. I likem' either half between or even looking totally girly, just not overly made-up and i likem acting guyish. I'm turned on when they do little things like talk about girils they wanna fcuk (if they're bi), i get turned on when they burp/belch real loud and drink their asses off, and i just like it when they have an interest in general chaos, dissoray, distruction or death... lol Cutted, that chick sounds GREAT, lol... I totally hate sports but the strength/indipendance/masculinity is all there. What was she like sexually? Was she dominant?
do ya mean tomboish in looks? or in behaviour? i love being friends with guys rather then with girls for the same reasons: do not like very much all these talks about make-up and clothes. though i can't say i behave like a guy...
That's not that tom-boyish. I've seen gals that wear their brothers clothes, big baggy jumpers, tracksuit bottoms, cap, no makeup. Ergh rough as fuck. That picture though is still a feminine one, mmm mmm. So what'cha doin tomorrow night?
I prefer it in behavior. Looks are also okay to an extent. You sound cool though, lol. I HATE womantalk!
I also wear my brother clothes smtimes I had smthing like a fight with my 13-old bro for this very cap in the picture but in general... yeah...i don't look very gross...just can't...nature is against it.... Well, England, i think i'll be dreaming as alw tomorrow night ChronicWhattever, i love your point of view, coz there are not so many guys who think the way you do! Keep on!
Aww, thanks It's tough out there though... Chicks are always these quiet little things that I can't talk or relate to. Most guys think I'm unmanly for liking tomboys but is spending the rest of your life with a girl you have nothing in common with supposed to be manly? Ugh... I don't know, I guess I think a girlfriend should be a beer buddy, best friend, etc. in addition to the more traditional role as a "life partner". I hope I find a chick who's cool liek that.
i think just as you do except "beer budy" don't love it at all yeah i've been alw wondering why guys prefer silly things with false fingernails obsessed with fashion and make-up...
Yeah it's all true... Guys find it more manly to get a girl he has nothing in common with and he can treat like an object sexually and mentally... The relationships I've seen so far were far from interesting and to put it bluntly, just looked like a couple of little kids exploring the opposite sex. The man got dragged to places she didn't want to go in exchange for sex with the female... Idiotic stuff. We agree with relationships, but I was wondering... If this question is personal don't answer it, but are you into kinky stuff like female dominated sex... tying up guys... you know, stuff like that lol. Just curious haha
sure I once met one, had some story with her and then we parted, we are still good friends and say ? after many years I find her as boring as feminine women (wow, im starting talking like Popeye)
It's not girls that act like guys. It's gender-roles. They are the reason why male-female relationships are so problematic in general.
Yeah, gender roles are for mindless slaves to society. I like my partner to wear little or no make-up, and the less girly stuff (besides lingerie, hah) the better!
I'm starting to get a little too radical with this stuff, actually. If a girl dresses or acts "girly", I lose interest.
