i dont know much about Buddhism. My husband is a buddhist. He took me to a temple a few months back and I wasnt bothered by it so much. The only thing that I dont think I could get past was the chanting prayer they did before and after the service. the whole temple had those books and their buddha beads and did the monotonious(sp?)chant. i dont know if i was uncomfortable with it but the chant has always stuck with me. its your basic "nam myho renge ho" ( i hope i spelled that right, if not i do apologize). i'm not a closed minded person. maybe someone could enlighten me a little more on buddhism (please, i ask not to send me to anymore links)I would like your thoughts on it and your expieriences as i've heard a few peoples testimonials on their walk in Buddhism. I'm interested in hearing more.
Buddhism is about kindness. Buddhists are kind and compassionate and you will not have to worry much in a temple because they will not judge. Buddhism is the most peaceful religion I know of.
