If one were to grieve every historic travesty, they would be doing alot of unecessary grieving.

 

. . .umm... why are so many of you opperating under the assumption that Hitler was a great leader. he took an economically depressed country and turned it into... an economically depressed smoking crater. he attacked every country near him, including russia (really great leadership skills there) and ultimately destroyed most of europe.
He also missed a lot of jews ...
It isn't hard to convince people that minorities aren't human. it's neccessary for their exploitation (see: slavery, aparthied, france). And it sure as hell ain't hard to get people to kill eachother. wars the easy part.
hell, the hard part is getting people to stop.

so even if the ends justified the means then Hitler was still a terrible leader.

because he was psychotic.

if he would have been calculating like Stalin he might have won...

uhh because before WWII, he brought Germany out of depression, maybe that's why?

 

He created an unsubstainable command economy that was dependent on warfare. Not the best fiscal policy. (just ask the Romans what happens when the looting ends).

Stalin obviously knew that hitler could never take the soviet union because they just didn't have enough men, supplies, and protective wear to last the russian winters. Hitler was naive thinking it would be as easy as lets say taking poland or france. That was the only calculation really, just hold the lines long enough for the german army to collapse. Just like back when napolean tried to conquer russia or prussia, whatever it was called back then. Hitlers armies were too scattered to make progress let alone hold the lines.

 

I don't quite think Hitler belonged to the church...

Santa? Actually, he's an evil demon entombed under Jerusalem by the Jews. He's only kept there by the power of young children believing he is a jolly man who gives presents. Once they stop believing Santa will break free and all the midgets in the world will turn toward Jerusalem to fight for Santa and eventually take over the world.

 

Hitler was a genius, but at the same time an ignorant, evil, contol freak who deserved more than what he got. But jesus even if what he did was evil he was smart as hell to get as far as he did with it.

Hitlter killed a lot more people than just the jews. Romani, Communists, Athiests, Gays, Socialists, Catholics and Intellectuals all wound up in the camps.(he killed almost as many Romani as he did jews, but they don't get movies).
