this is the silliest question i've come across. are you serious?

 

europe has lots more trains. california would be way better off to emulate that aspect of it. for wines and scenery they are otherwise nearly equal, though in perhapse very different ways.

both are way too expensive to live in the parts anyone has ever heard of. both have wonderful little places most people haven't.
