work in the Netherlands - please help!!

I just came up with a brilliant idea with my friend (from the netherlands) and she thinks it is cool too, but we are not sure if it will work. She told me that her dad is the director of a hospice (or old peoples home). All of a sudden I thought, "what if I got a work visa and helped him out?" she will look into it and ask her dad soon. I figured I am in France at the end of June with my gf anyways. maybe I could work in the netherlands july and august since I am already in Europe, WHO KNOWS? I don't know if it is that simple or not. It may be hard. but I guess he has had american workers there before, and that is how my idea really came. we shall see. it'd be amazing for sure.

I am an American by the way. I get into France late May. By late June I would be planning to head to the Netherlands until late August, ideally. How does that sound? It is a plan that is very new (she still needs to ask her dad if he is even cool with it). But if he were cool with me coming to work, do you see any annoying obstacles, or would it be pretty smooth?
