    hi,

i am having a hard time to choose the right nursing bras. i bought a couple of them from motherhood store and i realized the underwire bras gave me some discomfort and a little tightness.

if my normal size is 34b and i'm in third trimester, then what is the correct size to buy it?

    need your advice, thx.

I wouldn't buy nursing bras yet. I'd wait until your milk came in fully and breastfeeding was established to find one that fits your nursing breasts.

Until then, invest in camisoles with shelf bras. They will offer enough support without tight straining on your breasts. :)

yep. your boobs will typically grow a great deal once your milk comes in. wait until it does, THEN get the bras.

I agree with waiting till after.
I bought a nursing bra before I had my daughter and it was way too tight after. ANY pressure at all was hell. So I ended up buying a sports bra and a bunch of those cheap tank tops with the built in bras like freek was talking about, and I wore those all the time. To help with leakage (I had a ton of it), I would actually just put menstral pads in the built in bra part of the shirts when I didn't have nursing pads and they would stick in there perfectly.

use to work in a maternity shop...eons ago lol...but when a woman was interested in using a nursing bra we would tell them to buy two cup sizes larger than what you wear now.Nursing bras are nice but you might find out like I did and alot of women that you're own bra is ok too. If you have to nurse in public it's a pain in the butt to try and unhook the bra discretly...easiest way is just pull the bra up and nurse..then all you have to do is pull the bra back down.
