Peasant dress and corset belt...

I made the dress from a pattern I got at a thrift store....VERY poufy sleeves, I am going to put a couple of tucks in those...



The belt I made from lightweight corduroy, appliqued some flowers on and interfaced it. The back is a quilt cotton, so it is reversable, but I forgot to take a pic...

It's just like one I had in the 70's! I made a couple of skirts that were colorful and opened down the front, so when I didn't want all white, I could pop on a red and white gingham skirt and still have my beautful blouse and petticoat! have to make another plainer belt, though.
