Whats the best kind to use? Ive heard to only buy the kind with the ingredient DXM only but I recently found out theres pills w/ DXM too? What do you recomend? PLz and thank you : P

The easiest way is probably buying the capsules, they're well.. disgusting and make you vomit but they're not as bad as the liquid version. Open up the capsules and mix the lil' white balls inside with water andd.... juggle up. (you can also grind the stuff in the capsules, it won't increase the effect but you'll have a longer trip) PS: Eat enough during the trip, if you don't you'll be tripping balls for a week or so
