my first several experiences with Salvia were interesting and varied. lately I've been having the same experience over and over again, like the movie Groundhog Day. there are minor variations and the visuals are different but the main ideas are always the same. perhaps I'm stuck on some important lesson that I'm just not learning. I don't know wether to keep trying to push through or take a break from salvia.

Do other users go through these recurring experiences?

Hmm, not really. The only recurring theme I have involves various kinds of fruit... Not sure why, but it's not been a major theme in any of my trips. Just sort of a side scene :D

    just stay with it.
the lesson from groundhog day is simple.
relax and get into what is already happenning.
even if what is happenning is that you are perceiving confinement
what ever is real or perceived should be immersed in.
salvia is especially great because it is shorl lasting, but you can use it to refine and grow your attitude.
I think it is lucky that you have this groundhog day opportunity.
    be gentle with it.
