wow... all I can say is damn this is a great band. Download 'reggae revival' or 'get away'. The singer reminds me of David Hinds a little bit. great shit overall though. anybody else ever heard of this band?
Yeah hah. I;'m assuming you mean NZ's Katchafire - if so, they are great (and even better live). I'm seeing them next week actually. Slow Burning is an awesome album of theirs, such good stuff to listen to in the sun. If you like that kind of roots/reggae dub thing there is a lot of in NZ at the moment, try checking out bands like Fat Freddy's Drop, Kora, Rhombus, The Black Seeds, Koile and the (now sadly defunct) Trinity Roots.

All their Bob Marley cobers are great - and they go off when they play them live. I can't wait for wednesday - Katchafire live and the added bonus of there being so many Marley fans at a Katchafire gig that you can get stoned simply by walking through the door. It's grand...
not all of them....not all weed fans like marley either. but there are many, many people that like both.... as the smoke hovering over the crowd at Katchafire gigs suggests
