Okay, so last night, I was finishing off my sack of purp, and decided to save about half of a bowl. I packed my last half bowl before I went to bed, and when I woke up, I immediately hit the bowl. I didn't think the little bit of weed would get me high at all and it's only purpose was to make breakfast taste a little better, but I am stoned as fuck:spliff: Just out of curiosity, how would one say "wake-n-bake" in the past-tense? "Woke-n-boke" perhaps?
It's the boke that bothers me (daughter of an English teacher - it haunts me still!). How about a compromise, Woke and baked?
naaaaaaaaaa its wake'n'bake always has, always will to me... but hey call it what you want. i still agree tis a brillent thing. nowa days i always save a nice teenth for morning just so i can wake up to a nice phat bowl and a spliff to start my day. =) ,¸+¸,ø¤º[~Jac~] º¤ø,¸+¸, WhEn YoUr FeeLiNg DoWn AnD tHiNgS aRe TrAgGiC sMoKe A SPLIFF ItS FuCkiNg MaGiC!
no, you would say, I awoke and toked. I love wake and bakes, its really the best way to start your day. Unless you have track after school everyday like me
Although 'wake and bake' is three words, it is a singular term. I believe the correct way to say it in the past tense would be to make the entire term preterite; as in (wake and bake)d resulting in 'wake-n-baked'.
this is cool... its like more then i learn in english class! and yes yes... i got my car (THE best vw konvi ever) not long ago.. and i park it on the street next to school... sleep in it with a mate or two... we wake up 10 minutes before school starts and we hit the bong. honestly THE best thing to do ever. its the life.
Wake and Bake's are nice for me on the weekends I don't have to work. I can't handle being stoned when I go to work. I'm a host at a restaurant and I'm a naturally disorganised person so smoking reefer just makes it worse
the word wake would also need to be changed to past tense, so it would really be woke and baked. But for the sake of rhyming, I changed it to awoke and toked, and yes, it is a slant rhyme, but I've decided that I'm fine with it
