You could also use diphenhydramine HCl. About 50-100mg of it will relieve the nausea, but you may be a little sleepy.

Benadryl works too. At least it works with 2ce; I am guessing it would work fine with cacti too.

The only difference between diphenhydramine and dimenhydrinate is the strength; 50mg of dramamine is equal to 25mg of benadryl.

propranolol (aka inderal) will do it nicely, more effectively than any named thus far; it's a beta-blocker, so it helps you keep your cool like valium, but much cheaper @ http://www.antiaging-systems.com/iasstore/acatalog/inderal.html
several experience reports exist on erowid, of this taken with 2C-compounds to nullify the body load...kills nausea better than Pepto

Take the non-drowsy dramamine, and smoke some weed. Or, find a person you know who has cancer and get some Phenergran or Zofran or something of the like.

Do not consume food for 18 to 24 hours prior to ingesting San Pedro and cannabis really does the trick for nausea if you smoke it prior as mentioned in the post above.

Also stay fairly hydrated before.Drink water slowly but consistently before hand.
    I think that should help.
