i lost that little rubber band thing that goes around the stem of your bowl. is it gonna make any difference... like should i just quit looking for it now cause this blows, i cant find it.
It depends on whether your piece (bong,pipe?) is still airtight. A rubber band makes a good substiution.
Just use some blu-tak thats what we had to do with 2 bongs coz of the stupid little rubber bit breaking off. You'll probably find the one you lost in months to come when its long forgotten about lol.
uhh its a bong. where the downstem is, it's airtight, but where the stem of the bowl goes through the downstem isn't completley airtight. and i still can't find that damn rubber band thingy
tehre is a stem on your bowl? so you have a rubber thing under teh bowl and between the downpipe? it sounded like you meant the rubber thing ppl have on their downpipe is missing. i used aluminium foil caus thats maluable, and as long as the flame doesnt touch it. but then i realised if i jsut positioned the bowl in the hose differently, it would be airtight.
Are you guys talking about the rubber O ring where the stem meets the chamber? If your stem will stay in without it, just leave it how it is, and hit it really fast so smoke won't escape.
yes!! i mean that damn rubber fuken thing that i still can't find!!!!!!! the stem is a bit loose going into the downstem, but i tested it and smoke doesn't really come out, but it still pisses me off cause the bowl CAN move around. i just really gotta find a new one, or just pick up one tommorow when i cruise down to venice for some a party bowl for my jbd
