Oh! heres something to whine about, and i mean no offense to anyone BUT, christian fundamentalists have found it "against their religion" to practice yoga, teachers across the country have being doing semi yoga thigns with elementary school kids to relieve test anxiety and energy, they renamed all the hindu names and changed them to things such as "bunny pose," things that are juvinille and unrelated to religion at all, BUT there has been an uproar across the nation. I understand we all believe in what we believe, but shouldnt these people be spending their time, oh say, helping hurricane katrina victims rather than complaining about semi'yoga moves their kids are doing?
I'm sorry, but yoga is clearly the root of satan. I also take great offense at your comments, being a christian myself. I bet you are one of them Harry Potter reading folk. I'm now going to go snuggle with Jesus, he knows how to put me to sleep
Christian fundie's will complain about anything and everything until they get the Bible back in schools. They beleive only what they are told by James Dobson, their pastor and Bill O'Reily. They tell them Yoga is evil, and it is. HArry Potter is withcraft? Well, if mr Dobson says so, then they get it away from their kids. Fundie means they have sacrificed their brain and individual thought. I am sort of a quaker... I think everyone's relationship with God is a personal thing and that it isn't any pastor's responsibility to tell them what to beleive.
heres something to whine about.. My shoes got sand in them .. ow!! its slightly cutting the skin on my achilles as it mixes with the wet and the fabric of the heel of my shoe.
It really isn't, but that depends on the pastor. My pastor happens to live across the street and he's a really friendly guy who will drop by every now and then when nothing is going on... He reminds me of my dad, sometimes. They're kinda friends. And.... I have nothing against the bible in school... just as much as I have nothing aganst the eightfold path or the qu'ran in school. But that is something personal to understand, as everyone has their own method and beliefs in telling people things... and some rather preach it loudly, with a heavy hand.
actually...ive only read the first harry potter book...so yaeh ps: jesus doesn't judge people...so why are you?
Haha... the last time they showed up at my house, I had the flu and they wouldn't get out of the foyer.
haha true. i am a sinner, but i am also human, they tend to go hand in hand, which is not an excuse, just a truth.
I disagree. Jesus Chirst teaches one how to live a sinless life, and I myself have never sinned. God Bless Jesus, amen.
Never. I am a perfect saint. I have never even lied... It's not nice of you to pick on a mute like me... Jesus has helped me get by in a world where I can't communicate. I have to write notes down for everyone to understand me. I'm going to go cry in the corner right now.
well i apologize for offending you, those werent exactly my intentions. im just expressing how i feel about the human race in general. prove me wrong and ill shut up.
The human race would be a much better race if we would all love the Jesus. You must realise that Jesus is always watching you. He's there when you take a shower, he's there when you are having sex with your dog, he's there when you are taking that one shit that lasts for a good 10 minutes and you're not even reading anything while taking it because it's so fierce. Humans need to lean to think "Hmm... what would Jesus say?" after every single act, thought, or reflex. Then human kind will be eternaly saved by his heavenly, phalic grace. Amen.... man.
Yes they should be. Makes one wonder why they tend to focus on the small stuff, instead of helping their fellow man.
