What reminds you of summer?

Hey everyone! What reminds you about summer? I've already got swimming, trees, flowers, puppies, rabbits, four wheelers, vacation, and the sun. So what reminds you all of summer? Thanks y'all!!!

Butterflys, Loons and Waterfalls.

 

NOT if you're in touch with Nature at all...

 

the smell.
drive-in theater's.
ice cream.

 

The beach, and swimming in the liberty of the sea
(sorry for my english,i'm spanish)

 

the crowds, heat, no fresh water...just imsgine how many people piss(or it's pisses) in the water you're swimming. These are my seasons, winter swimming and snow and ice.

When are you going for a swim in winter, people think you're nuts. But actualy it kills bacteria, ang you grow imune to flew, cold and a lot of other things...
Sorry people but i just cant stand the heat

The smell of popcorn and cotton candy at the Jersey Shore.....fresh cut grass on a Sunday morning......the air right before a huge rainstorm in August.


And the Dead blasting from my stereo at 9am with ALL the windows open....just tp piss off the neighbors!!!!

heatstroke, heatrash, headaches, yah thank goddess for airconditioning. of coure haltertops are pretty to look at
but really worth the rest of it?

the things that we eat seem to like the summer sun to grow.
hot valleys should be for agriculture, not building towns in.

towns belong up in the mountains next to and a little above the dams that power them

in the winter you can always put on another layer of clothing or put anohter log on the fire or both
but when you get stripped down to your skin there ain't nothing more to take off.

of course there are winters when you can't ever get warm too
but summer needs lots of shade and cooling breazes to be redeaming at all as any place to have to live in

what reminds me of summer?
sitting here under the airconditioning vent looking at pictures of rotory snow plows carving their paths through the snowbanks (and wishing i was up in my hills where summer only lasts a couple of days and doesn't get over 80f

What reminds me of summer? The beach, warm weather, no school (although I've graduated from college)

 

bare feet, freedom, Sun, waving hair in the wind, holidaaaay..

 

the smell of freshly cut grass, barefeet, sand and hot dogs.

 

The sun shining brightly on the fresh green grass as the blue sky shines without a clowd in the sky, that is what comes to my mind when someone says summer.

songs that i listened to during my vacation, i usually have this one cd that i love around that time, and i keep playing it. so when i listen to that cd again, it reminds me of summer.

 

i live in florida..we have 2 seasons...hot and hotter.
