my boyfriend got cAught having underage porn on his dad's PC and they found it and had him in court today seeing if he was going to jail or not. the last time i talked to him today was at 10:45 am. he was damn sure that he wasnt going to jail because they had nothing on him. well he didnt talk to me for the rest of the day and im starting to get worried..its 5 right now and i texted him then just now clled him and his cell is off. god im so worried. he CANT go to jail. im just a nervous break down right now...could he just have his cell off or something?? i cant visit him..hes lives 1 hour 42 mins aaway and i dont have a car right now. im giving it tonight, if he doesnt answer, then i dont know what to do. im just so scared right now!

unless it happens to be pics of say, her, because she's 16 and not legal to have naked pics of...

but still... it was a goddamn stupid thing on his part even if it was just of his girlfriend who's under 18 years of age. And... scary that he would be dumb enough to keep them, scarier yet that he would be extra dumb to not be worried about teh charges

 

believe me, i told him plenty of times how stupid he is for doing that. hes 19. maybe i could be jumping conclusions but i dont know. im not sure if his dad is under that too. but hopefully he'll call tonight. i really need him

No, porn is where consenting adults perform sex acts for money for other adults entertainment. Child porn is made be people who get off on hurting children for their own sadistic pleasure and in the process ruining that childs life usually for good.

He thought looking at images of children being raped was funny. My dear I know you are young and dumb but that is wrong on so many levels to be obvious.
