Do you subscribe/read any magazines... haha... 420-related or not?

Surfline, Longboarder, High Times, Cannabis Culture, Skunk, Popular Mechanics, National Geographic, Relix, Hittin The Note, Men's Journal, Saltwater Sportsman, Acoustic Guitar Player, Guitar World, Motor Trend.

Well... a long time ago my dad was pretty.. uh, fucked up, I'd say. I was asleep, but he had come home from working late and started chatting it up with a telemarketer who called from a magazine company. The person somehow convinced him to buy like.. five magazines, then they sent us a bunch of ones we didn't even want. So, they ripped him off and charged him like $300 more dollars than they said they would and it was some crazyass scam company. So, we've been getting like 15 magazine subscriptions a year for the past six or seven years. They just keep coming. We ended up getting Redbook, Forbes and a bunch of random shit.

I guess it's rather weak, though... haha, but dude, I just wonder what state of mind my dad had to be in to do something like that. I switched some around and my dad opened my High Times today (not that he cares) and was all laughing and surprised.

Damn telemarketers.... but at least we get more magazines than we can keep up with.

    [IMG] It's called discreet mailing...

I think it's ridiculous that countries outlaw books and magazines.

No... because High Times isn't the name of the distributor. It's the name of the magazine.

It starts with an A... I just got my April issue (haven't even finished/really started reading it yet. There's a Bob Marley crossword puzzle in it that I've been doing when I'm smoking). I want to say Anvil Publishing but I keep thinking Aardvark, which is also a glass studio I visit... so I don't know for sure. I just used the envelope to start the fireplace, so... shit. I'll tell you next time I make my way to google or if I see it in the mag later.

:D I get Consumer Reports too.

I don't know, but it's like I get so sucked into things especially when I'm reading and smoking.

Sometimes I wonder how many people read both Cannibis Culture/High Times and Forbes.
