How could I take a little bit of weed (say 2grams) and add some cooking oil then get high? I'm still kind of new at this, and I still don't want to be making my own recipes lol. I figured I could put the weed in the cooking oil til it's completely saturated, then put it in the microwave, but since it's oil wouldnt it light on fire or just become superheated? And wouldn't it heat up too fast? What if I put the microwave on a lower setting? I want to make this for today! TUESDAY

you have to heat the gren and oil to release the thc, then use it in whatever...if you only have 2 g then hopefully is is kind bud, it will work much better!
yeah I'm just wondering if it has to be heated for long or even how am I going to heat this small of a dose? I'm expecting it to only be like 100mls... That would just make a very thin coating on a frying pan and most likely burn...
OKAY this is what I tried... I grabbed some lowfat olive oil from the cupboard to do some testing and I figured out that if I put 3 tbsp of oil in the pan, it covers it well enough that I can heat it up. I'm not sure how hot it actually was, but I had it on low-med for about 10 minutes and when I poured it out into the sink it basically blew up. I wasn't expecting it cuz I smoked a bowl... lol Now I understand that it will be different if I add weed because it will be thicker and easier to burn, but I could just add more to make it easier, right? Also, is there any trick to figuring out the temperature of the oil or to check if the oil has sucked up all the THC? HELP WANTED.
Get an oz(or a job) a pot for cooking something HIGH in fat like butter. Put the stove on low make sure the budder is melted and SIMMERING, that means that its only slightly bubbling not a full blown boil. put the ground up weed in the butter, (dosage youll have to find out I m not sure if you need a whole oz or not and how much butter or w/e else your using that is real fatty). THC is fat soluble, so stir this simmering shit for an hr or so, then strain it threw some cheesecloth or w/e that is check that up to on google. then let w.e you used cool and cook it in with something. B utters recommended cuz its got more fat in it I guess. I threw this off the top of my head but this is another time that your trying to cook tryna make sure you dont waste it this time.
I put the weed in some hot olive oil (the stuff with like 16g of fat per 1 tbsp serving) and I put 4 or 5 tbsp's. Then, I let the "woil" simmer while I stirred for about 15-20 minutes, changing from the lowest setting to medium every so often. Then I took it off the heat and went to mcdonalds for a double cheesburger meal with an upsized fry and it came to 5 bucks (I had a $5 gift certificate, so that's lucky). When I got back, I poured the oil mixture into a glass. Then I poured pop in (I know they separate, I just wanted something to chase, and since the oil floats on top it makes a perfect chaser). I drank that nastiness at like 2:00 (started at like 1:15) and now I think I'm already feeling the first effects before I even eat my mcdonalds! (23 minutes past consumption) I'll keep you posted.
It's 2:58 now and I'm feeling a little more stoned, but not by much. I'm guessing that as soon as this mcdonalds starts passing through then I'll probably keel over on the floor thinking that I can see The Yellow Submarine with a bunch of weedleaves waving at me from the windows...

DO NOT FUCKING MICROWAVE OIL. Learn how a microwave works then you'll understand why. Basically, heats up water particles only, then the water heats up surrounding stuff. I'm surprised it didn't blow up in your face.

Well anyways, it definitly worked because I was blazed off my ass for a good part of the night, and with 5cm of snow every hour I think being stoned as shit is a good thing. (except when I have to shovel). So now I have another snow day today (on wednesday) and I have no more oil... I might make some more but it would have to be stronger than today's batch for me to bother...
dude id suggest you learn the ways of the kitchen! firstly, theres no such thing as low fat olive oil. lol. it is oil. it is 100% olive oil and if it is anything else then youve been ripped off and should report the product to a watchdog! extra light olive oil refers to teh colour of the oil. second, dont pour hot oil into the sink, because oil retains a lot more heat than water and hot oil has enough heat to instantly boil water - while not dissolving with it. the result is that the water basically explodes into vapour. thirdly, olive oil wont just set alight. if it burns, it will burn into a thin residue on your cooking impliment, and if anything, it would only set alight if there was the tiniest amount on your pan that it wouldnt matter that it set alight. next time, be a bit more confident. use more oil - and do as a post said and dip it on bread. this will help it move down through your stomach too. use enough oil to pretty much cover or almost cover most of your weed. while heating it, keep stirring. but yeh you dont need to be so worried. all i can say is to keep hot oil AWAY from water or wet things. dont be afraid to use more oil rather than less, as more oil will drain your weed of THC quicker. it just means you have to eat more. but if you have bread, it should be pretty easy to mop up a decent amount of oil.
Mental illness = not using anything besides a leary biscuit or firecracker in this situation, as 2gs would be more than enough and most people seem to be fairly clueless when it comes to working with anything under an eighth, if you're cooking. Use organic peanut butter or the kind you have to mix for the oils to get all evened out... or just generic store brand. Look for the highest total fat content per gram, when it comes to peanut butter, unless it's the kind you mix. The best stuff would be nutella.. unless you're using the leary biscuit method (which I dislike due to microwave usage). Bake at 320-350 (anything higher will most likely just vaporize your thc) to activate the cracka, 22 minutes in the cremation station. That will be your sweet spot, depending on whatever the heck you're using to cook to gosh darned things on, you know wha I sayin, brah. Sheeit son. Do it. Frickin nikesize it.
Well... all I can say is Nutella works and most people I come across tend to prefer that over peanut butter when they use it. My favorite tends to be Kirkland's organic... I believe from Costco's. It's the kind you mix. Food Lion (Salisbury, NC based grocer here in the states) has the best crunchy peanut butter. And if you put .5 to 1.0 on each one, more than two crackers may leave you drooling, depending on tolerance.
This is seriously low fat cooking oil. I don't think it's OLIVE oil, but maybe something similar. Anyways, the low fat stuff has like 6g of fat per 3 tbsp and the stuff I used in the end is about 18g of fat per 1 tbsp (if i remember correctly) After all this, I think I'm going to keep from eating the weed (as I've said before) unless I have a larger amount, because I could smoke the weed instead and it's always a sure thing and I can actually save some dope. But when I DO cook it, I'm definitly doing the olive oil on the stove method, because so far its the only one that has worked (except for brownies)
