Wierd sleeping event

Hey, the other night it was just a normal night, doing what i useally do before i go to bed, when i did go to bed it wasnt long untill i fell asleep, i did wake up a few times in the night just drifting off to sleep again, but then i woke up again rolled onto my back and the next thing i know is i cant move, there is a high pitched buzzing in my ears, my eye sight going speckled and rotating or spinning.

i was completly paralysed, and my eyes where shutting slowly, i was struggling to keep my eyes open since ive had another one of these experiances but my eyes where already shut, and in my minds eye it was spinning and since i wanted to see what was going on around me while this was happening. this second experiance came with a small image i couldnt make out in the middle of my eye sight, but it was in a box or a square.

i spoke with my mum about it and she said when i was little she saw me go through similiar things, almost as if i was struggling with something. ive researched into other peoples experiances, and it seems this was very similar to the start of a astral projection, or alien activity, also my mum always keeps her blinds open before she goes to bed, when she woke up her blinds where closed, me and my mum are very close psychicly, so we go through the same things. And even she said she felt weird when she woke up.

As for me i felt fine, if not better, but im still confused on this experiance, because both times it happend i felt my soul just let go and just go with what was happening, but then my brain kicked in and realized what was happening.

Thats Mad Cool..My mom and i have VERY strong psychic bonds as well..we can basicially sence each others emotions, even from different countries!

 

Look up sleep paralysis. I think you'll find a more logical explanation there.

 

Many nights I feel like I'm spinning around and around when I'm half asleep.

sleep paralysis is where its at. I've had what you described before, crazy stuff.

 

I've had that exact same experience myself. I was lying in bed in the middle of the night when I found I couldn't move. Meanwhile, I felt an electric buzzing in my head. It only lasted for a couple seconds or so, and afterwards I could move freely and the buzzing stopped.
