Free Hugs

Just thaught I'd be random and give you all a free hug each There was a man with a big sign saying "Free Hugs" on a music clip doing it and thaught it was a wonderfull idea to show the love and spread the peace to all of you.

my favorite music video is the (i think) david matthews band, I cant even think of the song, but there's this guy that just goes aroud giving people hugs. I like it. Oh and thanks for the hug, here's one for you too..

but yes, free hugs are great.

 

Too bad guys like that never make the evening news. What are great idea.

 

i'm much more interested in receiving, giving, participating in, even hearing about, free huggs, then i am any sort of music vidio, or the kind of propiganda that makes it onto the six o'clock news.

corporate media is a downer. music videos are mostly neutral. huggs are something genuinely positive.

my new organization is ready to accept hug substitutes where a hug gap exists ....we call it ..'drugs not hugs ' ...and our office is next to DAMM ....drunks against mad mothers .

 

doesn't sound very new to me, nor all that gratifying either.

although i'll aggree the only way to illiminate drunk drivers is to iliminate either cars, or bars that can only be gotten to by driving one, but it certainly wouldn't break my heart to see an end to either or both.

drugs and hugs are apples and oranges. i don't see how any drug can ever fill the hug gap, or vice versa.

and of course i CAN live without both.

well ive not realy driven a car in years ....ive probly drivrn a million miles in my life , but realy hate automobiles , even being a passenger in one or even having to see them hurling down the highway from the bridge .....and i just dont drink alcohol at all .....i was just waxing poetic .......if your sick from not having drugs ....its hard to do hugs .....its nothing new ....dont let it happen to u .

 

waxing poetic, yah. i'm not on anything and never felt i had to be. not even meds. meds if the sawbones tells me to take em, maybe, but that's about it.

i've taken stuff ages ago just to see what it was and what it would do.

can't immagine why anyone would want to make a life of doing so.

the thing about cars that bugs me, other then that it takes just as much time and energy, one way or another, to keep one going, as it would waiting for any other form of transportation, that you could always read a good book, or walk, while waiting, is the way the countryside and everything else is getting torn up for a way of life that's based on them. and it isn't just trees and little furry creatures that are getting screwed up, but the ways we are being coerced into living too. not that these are entirely seperate things either.

driving is a total denial of reality ...its an inhuman activity ....i constantly tell the kids that cars are always involved in the most traumatic and tradgic events of peoples lives ....kids either trash their bodies in accidents , or cops ruin their lives over small substances they discover in cars they search .......sory to sound like a quvetch , but fuck amerika , its cars and its highways .

 

Hugs are so very important.

 

there are domestic hugs imported hugs and microbrew hugs ......im sending everyone a bunch of quality hugs , even though im a big grump .

 

I made a T-shirt that says "Free Hugs". It was the iron-on letters and I accidentally put the E's backward...I think it gives it character

 

good , then it can be diferenciated from the 'free hugs ' t shirts sold by the hugs mcfee defence comittie ....hugs was convicted of crushing several little old ladys by means of uber bear hugs ....

 

LOL I wore that shirt to work one day and someone asked me "Who's 'Hugs'?"...LOL I was, like, "Huh?" LOL

 

i think you should get a free charlse manson t shirt ....
