not really a question or anything, just a situation I'd like to describe and get your thoughts on. At work there's this girl who works behind me. We're kind of friends... kind of. She's a black girl from H-Town (Houston TX) and I'm a white kid from the boondocks. Needless to say, we don't see eye to eye on things. Every opportunity that she gets, she's talking to one of her two boyfriends on her cell phone. Neither of them know about the other I'm sure, but she seems to be good at juggling them. Well she kind-of asked-me-out, almost in a playful way but not so playful that I would think she wasn't serious. I had to turn that down...lol... Since we don't see eye to eye, she asked me what's wrong with her? I said nothing, she just wansn't my type. She thought I meant because she was black. Then I got a little aggressive about her other two boyfriends. Asking her what would happen if one found out about the other. She didn't seem to care, because one lives in town and the other one lives an hour away. Kind of a crazy situation. But she just gives out these vibes for some reason... every black guy dressed like a gangsta that comes through the doors has to try to get her number. LOL! Anyways, I don't really have a point here, but she's been dating these two guys for a long time. I don't know what to say about it... any thoughts? What would you do if you were dating a girl for a month and found out she has another boyfriend? Another friend of mine was in the same situation. Her 'boyfriend' was juggling another girl. People should be ashamed of themselves... unless both partners acknowledge what's going on. Then it's okay, but don't play with people's hearts. That's just cruel.
Sounds like you two dont see eye to eye because youre two different people with different morals...nothing to do with the fact that shes from a different area or is black I personally dont understand the whole boyfriend juggling thing or why anyone would bother, but its her life. If thats not your thing either,you did right to say no...hmm thats about it on my thoughts, really
Depends on whether they've agreed to monogamy or not. Or if they know about each other. I dated someone who had another gf - they were polyamorous and I knew about her ahead of time. Lying about it and deception would end the relationship though. Finito. There's a big difference between cheating and being poly. Perhaps her bf's know about each other?
Yes, we are two different people with different morals. The fact that she is black AND from houston has a big cultural difference. Especially when set against the local culture around here. Black culture/White culture.No use denying it, because black and white cultures do exist and are different from each other in some ways. Would you deny that Mexicans have a culture or that Chinese people have culture? Especially Houston culture. Houston culture is very unique, especially the hispanic and black cultures. I'm no racist... if in any way that's what you are implying, or if you're trying to correct me or whatever it is... i dunno.. to ihmurria: They have no idea about each other, or the fact that she wears it around like a badge. Today I told her a story about somebody who got cheated on and she acted disgusted and said that she hates cheaters. Hm... Kind of upsets me how people can do this to each other.

I don't think what she's doing is right, but it's really up to her. I'd stay out of it if I were you and you did the right thing by saying no when she asked you out.
