Do any of you oldies remember RDF (Radical Dance Faction)? Been doing quite a bit of remeniscing lately, people dying etc, and was looking for my old RDF vinyls but have lost them. Can only find a few MP3's on the net which can be listened to hear http://www.iso.port.ac.uk/~sdg/rdf/downloads.html. Excellent, especially 'Sore point for a sick man'. Enjoy!
Sheesh, ain't you a lucky bunny? I never wander into this forum coz these crazy youngsters have no taste! Fortunately for you though, the Atomikette brought your post to my attention. First, the good news. I've got the Wasteland album and the Beast in the Doorway EP on CD. Even better, I've got them up on my ftp server, so we can sort you out for logging on and downloading them at some point. The sorta bad/sorta not so bad news is that I have a vinyl copy of Borderline Cases. I don't do tape, so there's no way of me copying it for you. However, I do have it on minidisc, and I can do minidisc-to-minidisc transfers if you have an MD? Or alternatively I need to figure out some way to easily transfer MD to computer (which is harder than you might suppose, thanks to Sony and their idiotic copy protectionism).
D.A Sorry for delay I've been on holiday. You absolute beauty!! Tell me what to do!!!!! Haven't got MD sadely. Can you get it on tape and post me it? I'll send you some wedge on return? Best Wishes, Zonk.
The BBC had a piece about the Hungerford Massacre the other day with Chris Bowsher interviewed live at the scene (video). Last time I saw him the dreads had long gone! Can't believe this nightmare was 17 years ago. http://news.bbc.co.uk/onthisday/hi/dates/stories/august/19/newsid_2534000/2534669.stm
Lol RDF... I have an old old tape of one of their albums... it's been in my tape/alarm clock for years and years and years (just never got around to changing it) so I have been waking up to the sounds of RDF for more mornings than I care to remember.
