can i clone?

    I have 2 plants that are about 3 feet tall under a 400w HPS light 3 weeks into flowering, both females, is it possible to clone

    You can; but it's best to clone before flowering.

    is cloning when u like take the part of the root and plant it? NOOB question

    Yes you can, but you will have to revert the clones back to veg once they establish roots. Stresses the plants but it'll work out just fine.
