    Telling the Time Pt. 1

Coming home from the movie, Silvia and Kevin walked back to her place to discuss the symbolism in the film about horses, which Kevin was forced to see. The streets were still slick from the rain that fell during the show and there were not many cars on the road that night either. Kevin, looking at Silvia, asked her a very important question.

“Do you think she’ll have beautiful hair like yours?”

Looking at him puzzled, Silvia replied, “What are you talking about?”

“Well if we had a daughter,” placing his hands on his head and strolling briskly, “you know, like that girl in the movie, I don’t think I would have killed that horse.”

“If she were your daughter you mean?” Silvia clarified

    “Yah.” was his only answer.

    Silence fell.

Rolling her eyes at him then smiling, “You’d have to get it up first silly, it’s not magic you know, there is a process.”

Raising one eyebrow, Kevin looked at Silvia, also puzzled, “Its not like I want to wait you know.”

Looking up at Kevin, Silvia ran her fingers through his hair while moving her arms slowly downward and placing them around his waist. Licking her lips she pulled him close as he stood there quite shocked. “Then what are you waiting for?” she asked.

“You’re funny,” he laughed, “let go.”

Silence fell between them once more as she looked in his eyes, “Let go?” she asked pleadingly, “What if I don’t want to let go?”

Looking into her eyes, Kevin noticed that something was different about this hug. Silvia and Kevin had been friends for so long, and it appeared to Kevin that’s all Silvia wanted out of the relationship. Her smiles brought warmness to his heart and her tears incited rage to the person that brought them, but in her eyes this night, he saw tears. They were not drawn by the actions of some stranger, or a slighted girl who took offense with her, but his own actions were setting up the waterworks. Quietly and calmly he chooses his words and moved in close to her. He placed his hands on her delicate shoulders. Looking to her left slightly, she raised one hand and placed it on his, then looked at Kevin, begging for him to do something. But he didn’t.

“Please Silver, let’s get you home.”

Feeling a little embarrassed, and a little disheartened she let go and continued walking with Kevin to her apartment complex at the southern end of Trace street, near the mall and local outlet stores. Although she knew that Kevin cared for her, she was confused by his ways of showing his affection. Before she met Kevin, Silvia knew him to be an easy going guy. She heard rumors about what he was like with women and assumed that their relationship would be more passionate than what it was now. She saw all the TV shows and movies and figured that her first boyfriend would be the best thing that ever happened to her since she could make her own sweet rolls. But something about Kevin was unlike the rumors. Something about him just didn’t seem to add up. Why on earth would he decline her affections? Why would he brush her off and ignore her pleadings for more? Was there another woman? Was he not really into her? But even that line of questioning didn’t make sense because he was with her for four years. So he must be committed somewhat.

During the long walk, she looked at Kevin, who hadn’t said much since the embrace, and asked him, “Is there someone else?”

Puzzled for the second time, Kevin stopped and looked in her direction, “That’s a silly question.”

“And yet you have failed to answer it!” was her snappy reply, “If you don’t want to be with me then….”

“Whoa, wait a minute” stopping her, “Don’t want to be with you, are you nuts? My life would be boring without you.”

“Cliché words Kevin, that’s all I hear.” She began to walk faster.

Coming to a full stop as she ran off, Kevin desperately tried to find away to fix this drastically unnerving situation. “Wait, Silvia!”

“3 years since the last one, Kevin! 3 years!” She yelled at him.

“Silvia?!” he shouted as she ran to the door clutching and fumbling her keys, all the while muttering under breath, “3 years.”

Finally catching up to her, Kevin stood in front of her and the door. “You wanna know, then I will tell you!” he whispered.

“Move!” she said, fearing the worst. “I want to go to bed, I am tired, just leave me alone”

“Not this time.” He said confidently.

She stopped fidgeting and stood there, often making stabs at the key hole to put in her key to get away from the situation. ”There is another woman,” he started. “She’s smart, pretty, and loves movies. She also respects herself enough not to want to be used.”

She made another stab for the door, not wanting to cry in front of the man, but he blocked the key hole with his hands. He continued “She and I have been going out for 3 years and I love her too much to allow her to just throw away something because she feels it’s what I’d want.”

She made another stab for the door, this time ramming the key into his hand. Yelping, Kevin moved. She turned the key and opened the door standing on the other side. “Silvia,” he continued, “I don’t want to lose you, I want to keep you both.”

Still not registering what he was saying, she began to slam the door, “Its you!” Kevin shouted as his foot got slammed with the door. Turning around, she opened the door slowly and looked at Kevin. “I never wanted to hurt you; I just think you’re way too special to ruin a good thing.”

“So I am too good for you, is that it?” she asked.

Throwing up his hands in frustration and shouting “I’d marry you!”

Silence fell once more between them.

“Can I come in Silvia?” Kevin broke

Sitting down on the steps near the entrance of the door, Silvia buried her head in her palms. She sobbed as she grasped what had happened. She had completely lost it with the one man she loved in the entire world. “I am sorry, Kev, I just…”

“I know Silver, but let’s be honest, I haven’t been fair either.” Kevin closed the door and sat beside her. “Look, I understand what waiting on me is doing to you, and I know that when it happens it will be great, but I don’t want you to feel like I just want one thing.”

Looking at him with a stern face, she got up and moved herself to the table in the kitchen. Walking down the corridor past the old pictures of her folks, Silvia took off her coat and threw it to the direction of the wash room. Sitting on the steps leading to the upstairs bedroom, Kevin looked up and sighed in frustration, “Does it ever cross your mind that maybe you mean more to me than other women?”

“It did for three months,” she muttered.

Walking into the kitchen, Kevin threw down his jacket and went to the fridge. “What are you doing?” she asked.

Acting like he didn’t even hear her, he grabbed a red bull from the ice box and some fresh strawberries and whip cream. Tossing her the red bull, Kevin made a motion for her to open it, so she did.

“What are you doing?” She asked again demandingly, but he still had no reply. His face seemed cold and his actions seemed brisk to her. He was pissed, but not at her. She saw in his eyes that he was hiding something from her. After a while he began to mutter to himself “3 years.”

Turning to her he asked, “You don’t like nice guys do you?”

“Yah I do,“ she said in her defense, “I ain’t loose like most girls, but once I find someone I like, I sure as hell don’t want anyone else taking them.”

“Then answer me this,” asked he, “Silence or Turmoil?”

Now Kevin was all into the whole question and answer game, but this time Silvia wasn’t so much interested in guessing. Silvia ran over to Kevin and grabbed him by the neck and pulled him close and whispered to him, “Do it now, or go home.”

Frozen, Kevin stood facing her as she backed away from him slowly eating a strawberry and squirting some whip cream on her finger tips. Snapping out of it, Kevin, as fast as she had ran to him, grabbed the sides of her face and kissed her gently.

“Hold on.” Said she, “how far are we going with this, are you just going to kiss me?” she questioned.

Ignoring her, Kevin moved her hands to his shoulders and grabbed her waist and picked her up, toting her to the living room area. Sitting on the couch next to her unopened bags of Doritos, Kevin slid his hands up her blouse as she gently unzipped his trousers. Rolling her fingers into his pants, she noticed the look of anticipation on his face as her cold hands ran past something she had been waiting for, for what seems like, her entire life. Meanwhile, Kevin was making gentle circles with his hands clasped around her soft and tender breasts.

With every passing circular motion, she faded in an out of thoughts and reality. Her body reacted to everything he was doing and she couldn’t help but grasp on to the only thing that would make Kevin feel the same. Kevin’s wondrous anatomy moved with every stroke of his growing pleasure, and the more she stroked, the harder his circles became. She leaned back as she felt her grip on it become loose with the spring flow of his hardened member and she licked her lips as she felt Kevin move close to kiss her neck.

Getting hot, she started to take off her blouse, then her bra. Before she could reach her bra, Kevin already undid the restraint and lifted it over her head and threw it on the floor, along with the bag of Doritos. Now that her breasts were free, Kevin then placed his lips on her soft nipples and started sucking gently. The more he sucked, the more she stroked, the wetter they got.

His tongue gently caressed each pore of her hardened nipples and she couldn’t help but moan with every passing over of it. She felt him about to release, all the while saying to herself “not yet baby.” Stopping, Kevin looked at her waiting face. Silvia nodded, and with that nod Kevin proceeded to take off her pants.

Before long Kevin and Silvia were both naked in front of each other, feeling embarrassed, Silvia tried to cover her budding flower, and thimble tits. Kevin’s chest was defined, rippling with muscles, Kevin’s body yielded to the amazing body in front of him. Looking down, Kevin rolled on a condom and began to move forward.

Guiding him up the stairs, Silvia led him to the bed room, where a soft, spring board awaited them. As he sat down on the bed, Silvia slowly went to her knees and stroked his hardened stick. She couldn’t feel the liquids as she did before, but she could hear his moans for more. Placing her lips on the tip, she licked and slowly put it in her mouth. Gently going up and down as the cherry flavored condom ran in and out. She began to become real wet, and with her moans Kevin placed his hands near her garden. She pushed his fingers in and out as she sucked gently. Releasing, she felt his pulsating member squirt in the condom. It filled her mouth, then subsided, then filled again. His piece was pulsating with every squirt.

Lying back, Silvia climbed on the bed and lay next to Kevin. Holding his arm, she kissed his shoulders until Kevin awoke from his stunned state and kissed her passionately. As they kissed, he moved his body over hers. She held on to his forearms, as he gently placed the member near her scorching fields. Moving in slowly, Silvia could feel her body snap as the seal over the uncharted land was ripped.

Crying out, Silvia grabbed onto Kevin’s hips as he pushed in and pulled out of her. She felt the liquids flow out of her, with every push she, felt closer and closer to orgasm until all at once she felt the pain subside and the pulsating pleasure of Kevin deep inside of her become more and more. She couldn’t stop moaning as he went faster and faster till Kevin released all his love inside of her. She moved her hands towards his rump as he slowly pumped her full. She felt every ridge, every vein and every beat of Kevin moving in and out of her. When he loaded her up again, she was ready. She felt him about to release once more and with that release she couldn’t hold it anymore. She squeezed in tight, her legs wrapped around him and she kissed him as he moaned out loud. He embraced her as she embraced him.

Breathing a sigh of relief and pleasure, Kevin and Silvia smiled as they both said to themselves all at once, “3 years”.

There is no telling the time when lust turns into love and love turns into commitment, but there is a here and now, a right and a wrong, and a do and a don’t. Those who “do” might only live to regret it if they do not have a watch to tell the time.
