I know this question has prob been asked b4 but im relativly new. I was w/ my friend the other day smokin' and he had some bud that had me GONE in just 1 hit (i still took 2 more tho.. ). Took him like 7 hits tho... I just dont understand this, cause he's relativly new to smokin too (we started together last year). You think my diet has anything to do w/ it (im vegan- he eats alotta meat and cheese) or u think its jus somethin your born w/? Thanx.

i dont believe this particular issue has been raised much actually. these arent two different stoners, these are two newbies with radically different tolerance. though the most likely reasons from the limited info are that circumstance of toking differed between you. you might have taken the hit deep and well, maybe coughed? he might have not inhaled it as deeply? maybe hes a smoker with dirty lungs? maybe you are just more aware of your stonedness? two people can gague their stonedness rather differently; i know some people say theyre stoned when theyre buzzin and feelin nice, and other people dont recon theyre stoned until theyre feeling like hittin a couch
Tolerance can be dependant on many factors; without talking to you at great length, it'd be impossible to say.
Yeah, people are just different. One of my friends, who has only smoked a few times, needs about two bowls of dank to feel anything, whereas I'll be high enough after less than one bowl, and I'm the one of us who smokes regularly. It's weird. Maybe he's just not doing it right, though, I don't know.
here in sydney theres a decent amount of hydro, to the point that there is a specific market for 'bush', ie outdoor grown buds from out of town. having a lot of hydro means the potency is often rather good. the price however not so
What do you pay on the oz out there? Between £120-160 here (around $300-400AUD) is abut normal, dependant on quality.
yeh thats what its like. down to $250 if youve got a good deal. too expensive i say. its much cheaper in the northern american continent but i tend to suspect quality is lower overall
Yeah, in NoAm, they even have slang for different qualities, it caries so much. Before the contam thing started here, we only had good weed and better weed I think they have a lot of lower grade stuff coming in from Mexico etc in some areas.
I don't believe a hit can get you high, and I know this by experience. Damn 250 thats high as hell man I live in detroit and its only 80 here I get it from a bunch of blacks.
