Me and my girlfriend are dating, and we can discuss almost anything openly. I feel really awkward trying to tell her that I'm uncircumsized, although I'm positive she won't care. How can I tell her I'm uncircumsized, and do girls really care? I feel so ashamed because it wasn't my choice, it was my parents choice to not circumsize me, and I don't want that to inhibit me sexually. Do girls care, and how can I approach her and tell her this - it's really just me being uncomfortable, I'm almost positive she won't care. Help!
Approach her while she is sitting down. Pull down your pants and let it flop out, then say, "Hey baby, suck on this". She'll be so flustered and aroused by your spontaneity that I guarantee you she won't notice or care.
No, girls don't care Does she really need telling? I mean, she'll find out when you guys get to the pants-dropping moment. I've had guys tell me and all I can think is "why are you telling me this? Are we only gonna be doing it in the total dark with no foreplay/manual/oral sex so I can't tell? Because otherwise I can figure it out"
I honestly figured she'd just find out at that point. Honestly, you've only helped me realize exactly that, and I can't see her caring at all...it isn't all about sex for us. Thanks guys, really!. Haha at that dropping my pants one. <3
When it is hard she won't know if you are cut or uncut, so flash it at her first when you are erect. When she sees it later when it is soft, she won't care.
Well said, Cutted! Also, lad - it's not a woman's right to care, any more than yours to tell her which part of her body to lop off! Your parents didn't decide anything!!!!! They were kind enough to leave you 'as is.' The decision making was left to you. Study up and you'll find you're better off! circumcision.org !
Most women who've had experience with both prefer the intact version. Besides, anyone who's going to freak out because you have a body part every single boy is born with, is NOT somebody you want to be with anyway. A foreskin is a good shallow woman filter.
Minkajane- you say that most women who have had both cut and uncut prefer uncut. I know a number of women who prefer cut, having had both. Where do you get your information?
Ask any woman in Europe or Asia who has had sex with an American. It's a local joke ("these American have naked penises, and come so quickly that you still have time to [see your boyfriend, double the number of 'clients,' get home before you father misses you!"]) which has been around since WWII.....and Minkejane, that line about 'a shallow women filter,' cracked me up, 'cause it's sooooo true. Proof was in that Sex &T City episode where she insist he get cut, then drops him anyhow.
Where do you get your info, Cutted, besides your twisted circumfetishist brain? Fastswitch, sorry to say I can't claim credit for that saying. An online friend of mine came up with it, but it's one of my favorites!
I got my information from hard science, and fromthe mouths of women i have been with who also have been with uncut guys. One said doing a blow job on a guy who could not retract his foreskin was like licking a lollipop with the wrapper still on. And Fastswitch, American men are the best lovers in the world. Europeans just think they are.
And that was ONE woman, not representative of all of us. Like I said, I don't really care either way, I'd rather it was attached to someone I cared about.
Fastswitch - That Irrational, Uncerebral, Emotional Rant And Personal Attack On Me Should Get You Banned If There Are Any Standards In Hipforums. Bye Bye.
darlin if you think that's a personal attack you obviously haven't visited RT. I'm sorry, but you do have a bias towards circumcision and that you call yourself essentially a sideline sex therapist while not knowing basic information (ie related to STD's, another thread but still) is a little worriesome to me. Now, that said, all opinions are good to listen to but people need to remember to take things with a grain of salt, ie, the internet is filled with misinformation... I dunno, you still provide good advice... sometimes. Not 100% of the time. Nor do I provide appropriate advice 100% of the time. But your bias towards circumcision is readily apparent and some people take offence towards preferring what some call male genital mutilation...
Ihmurria - if you are referring to my comment regarding STDs like herpes being contagious during outbreaks, others posting in that thread disagreed with your comment that persons with herpes are contagious at all times, and they are speaking from experience, having lived with that STD. I do feel that male circumcision is a good thing, based on its appearance, for health reasons, and for sexual reasons - that it makes a guy a better lover. Others disagree, and I respect that, unless their arguments are nothing more than personal attacks and emotional rants.
.......which, of course, your's are not? Since you are probably referring to me, how about answering some simple questions I have asked about the psychological effects of circumcision, the history of the masturbatory 'cure' in the US and Australia, the mutually exclusive conundrum of circumcision vs. condoms in Africa, the input of a whole field of Medical Science, including reasearchers, at circumcision.org ,and the use of generalities in law or therapy. These are honest questions - although to be ignored does get my gander up. Not ignored, but told they are unrational, etc. I'd love to watch you in cross examination, or is that a part of the profession you eschew? C'mon Cutted, get in an honest, albeit intense discussion. Answer the questions and stop feeling attacked.
