For the past two days now I've had this rash that covers my arms, legs, sides, butt, and back, but it only itches and turns red AFTER I scratch it. It doesn't really bother me, but it makes my skin look weird, especially when it's not irritated (little almost unnoticeable bumps on my skin) and it's freaking me out and I don't know what to do about it. I don't really know how it got there but I think it might be from two nights ago when I went to this Relay for Cancer thing at the junior high track field and I was playing with the grass in my hands and then it got dark and I was bitten by a lot of mosquitos and kept scratching myself everywhere. The only explaination I can come up with is that the shit they use on the grass got on my hands and then I put my hands all over by body trying to scratch mosquito bites. I've noticed that the rash only comes up in areas where I was bitten. Damn the fucking fertilizer shit they think they need to put everywhere I shouldn't have a problem playing in the grass this shit is starting to piss me off!!! :) Anyway, I just want to know what anyone else thinks and how the hell I can get it to go away, with natural remedies...????

Try some Sarna Lotion, Hydrocortisone 1% cream or lotion, benadryl by mouth, and oatmeal baths. That should help...
It sounds more like an allergic reaction, which may be from fertilizer, but not necessarily a toxic effect of chemicals.
Obviously, you can roll around and play in the grass, but keep in mind that the ground is natures toilet.

I have things like that on my arms from time to time. I put a special baby oil on it, and it get better. Don't take things with cortisone in it, if a doctor doesn't prescribe it, even though there are over the counter cortisone containing creams. The problem with cortisone is, that it is a hormone, that suppresses reactions of the immunesystem. That means it makes things like these bumps go away, but not the cause of the bumps. So the cause might still be threatening you, but you don't realize it since the body symptoms are gone. So the body needs to find another way that something is wrong....
Other then that, cortisone may make your skin look kinda ugly.
If that stuff doesn't go away, and is really interfearing with your life, you should consider to see a specialist. dermathologists are a great help!

I'm pretty sure it was just the crap they used on the grass, but thanks. It's pretty much gone now.
