I've been a vegetarian for about 6 years now and am finally making that step to veganism. Today is day five and I'm feeling great for the most part. I just want to make sure that my long-term health is covered. I'm weary about over-consumption of soy products, and am looking for alternative ways of getting protein. Here's a list of current supplements that I'm taking, as well as food that I normally eat daily. If you are an experienced vegan and can critique this list, add anything to it, or have general tips about veganism, it's much appreciated!
