Getting my man to come out

SGT. "E" and I have been making love for over 2 years now. However he still has women he dates to hide his sexuality. How can i convince him to just be honest and admit he is gay?

It hurts to have to hide our mutual love.

 

Should I talk to his family about this?

definitely do not go behind his back, especially if you don't want him to hate you. you can't make him come out. The most you can do is persaude him by your own example, showing him how you enjoy being out.

and are we to assume he's in the armed forces? because then there are much greater implications too...

 

He is in the NG. I understand he can't bring me to base with him but he shouldn't have to hide from friends and family.

 

I dont know, if youre gay, dont they kick you out? Or did that change?

 

If you admit to being gay, they ask you to leave.

 

Even being in a relationship is considered "telling" somebody that you're gay.
