On what part of your body was your most painful tattoo located? Mine would have to be...right under my armpit or on my ribs.
I can imagine those hurting a lot, ouch. My sides are so sensitive, I don't think I could handle tattoo needles anywhere near them. :tongue: I have two tats, in the back of my neck and on my left calf. Neither of them hurt much at all, especially the calf one was so painless I hardly even felt it.
Yeah the one on the back of neck felt like a little mini massage...when the artist said he was done, I was, like, "Whoa, that's it???"
I have a two dogwood flowers, one on each inside part of my arms. The outline wasnt so bad, but the shading was a bitch!!! The guy that did them said they have a name for the inside of the arms.....P___Y Meat....ill let ya'll fill in the blanks. But yeah, I was sweating pretty good with those!
the back of my neck wasnt horrible, until the middle of the neck, i felt it run through my body but it only lasted for like 2 seconds. breast=painless.
i have a music note pattern on my stomach... i almost cried... it felt like bee stings the whole time.... i have other tattoes and none of them felt half as bad as the one on my stomach.
my most painful tattoo has to be my two lower back tats, man they hurt like a bitch. my other tats didnt hurt hardly at all but the back ones. the tribal i have which is quite low down, the outline hurt alot but by the time he came to do the filling in the adrenalin had kicked in, it still hurt just not as much. the other lower back tat is writing & i think that hurt more than the other, its higher up so when i was bent over the chair my back bone was sticking out & he was tattooing over these. i could really feel when he was going over the bone as it vibrated up my spine & that was the worst feeling ever.
On the left side of my stomach near my hip bone. It hurt like hell, and is apparently one of the more sensitive spots to get one. Was my first experience too. Thankfully didn't ruin it for me, but I'll never get another one anywhere near my stomach.
It's funny. I have one on my back right over my kidney and I also have one on each of point of my pelvic bone. I thought those would hurt, but they weren't too bad. (The one didn't start to hurt until he started to colour it in.) I thought the one on the side of my calf hurt the most and I think it's because it was my first one. I haven't had a lot of problems with tattoo pain. In fact, I tell people that piercing hurt more for me, but the tattoo just took longer. It depends on what you would rather deal with!
Hmm from the two I have? lol Definitely the one on my lower-back. I mean, it wasn't brutal horrible dying, but I doubt I could handle much more than that for the 45 minutes it took- I was cringing about 1/3 of the time and that go tiring
my one on the inside of my right leg that goes ankle to knee - the part that's real soft right below your knee was a zinger. where it wrapped around on my shin was a breeze. my neck wasn't bad ; it does feel kinda freaky when your body vibrates
