Girls only: do any of you constantly get ingrown hairs, blocked pores down below. Ive stopped shaving because of this & am goin to keep it trimmed. its seems im sensitive down there and the ingrown hairs have sccared me so the area looks better with a little hair. Anyone been in a similar situation?

    Yeah, all the time mang.

Shit happens. Don't worry about it. If you want to shave your clam, do it. Pretty much every chick has a few scars from ingrown hairs. When you get out of the shower, rub it with an alcohol-soaked cotton ball. You might cry, but it'll help with ingrown/infected hairs and razor bumps.

Or get that fancy schmancy after-pussy-shave balm.

I have gotten very used to Veet, it works wonders down below...and pretty much everywhere else.

But before I discovered the great invention of Veet, I noticed that I got more ingrown hairs when I used just regular soap and had a more dull blade. I got very few ingrown hairs from shaving cream, but they came up more with a more dull blade again.

So, I went and got two of the same razors and put new blades on both, but used one for my regular shaving (legs, armpits) and used the other for my nether reigons only. Then it was a sharp blade for a while, so less ingrown hairs or scarring, and it worked wonders to keep it smoother, longer.

Also, Skintimate has Moisturizing After Shave Gel with aloe for sensitive skin, and I used to use that afterwards sometimes which helped a lot.

But, that was before I found Veet. I love it...and wouldn't use anything else on my precious place.

Ouch. Ingrowns are the worst. They hurt. You should soak hot hot, as hot as you can stand, wash clothes on them to to help get the head out, and keep doing it after it pops open to to make sure the infection doesnt come back because it can, expecially if its deep, alcohol is always a good idea.

I use the Veet bladeless shaving thing for most of my hair but then I shave the more sensitive areas (lips, etc.) with a razor. Works great, and not nearly as many uncomfortable situations.
