Deep Freeze

Yesterday there were white outs all day long, I fell on my ass and hit my head on a car parked next to mine in a parking lot...

Today, the windchill was -25F, tonight it's supposed to be -30F to -35F windchill. One of our water pipes froze...

I booked a trip to go to Southern California for Feb. 17th - 23rd...I just can't take this ridiculousness much longer.

 

right now, its 9F, but feels like -8F.

tomorrow going to class at 8am, its going to feel like -25F

yea, fucking loving this weather

 

Yeah, ya'll are going to get what we got today...bummer...

I'm glad I don't live up there in the arctic. This has been a cold ass winter.

 

Our high today was 1F...that's insane...

 

yea, wanna know how much common sense i have...yea none, thats right none

i have barely any winter clothes up here, meaning that my uniform is protected by nothing. i have my pants, a brown cotton t-shirt and a blouse that goes over that, some contact gloves and knit hat. yea, my balls are going to up in my body tomorrow

 

the low was 36f the other night.. and the high was 70f.. i see why people come here for vacations

 

Yeah it's really really cold her too. In fact, my car battery breathed its last breath a day ago....but funny enough there isn't much snow. Really, if it has to be so cold I wish there was at least snow, but I suppose there is no controlling the weather....

 

its minus -27F tonight, without the windchill. With the windchill, it feels like -49F. Welcome to Saskatchewan. Anyone want to trade?

hey, werent you complaining about a month ago that it actually doesnt feel like winter?? no snow or cold weather?? now you got what you wished for.

 

When I walk to class in 7 hours it will be about -15 with windchill.

A week ago (or so) there was a night that hit -40 or more.

global warming my ass. since I have been back in the states (3 weeks) its been nothing but freezing cold. I think the warmest day (and I use that lightly) was 20 degrees with a slight wind chill. you can tell its cold as hell when 20 degrees actually feels like a treat, a nice day.

 

I like it...I just don't like it THIS cold. THis is just ABNORMALLY cold.

It's been super cold like that here too. The kids here got another day off of school, I wouldn't be surprised if they call off tomorrow as well.
