Anal for 8 years....why does it still hurt??

I have been having anal with the same man for nigh on 8 years now...even tonight, it still HURTS. Why is this? Am I just not relaxed enough? What can I do to make it enjoyable everytime, instead of the odd time? (I do enjoy it, sometimes, but others it just hurts!)
Any ideas?

 

if you have been doing it that long, and it still hurts, your not relaxed, and not using enough lube, switch positions.

Are you using enough lube everytime? I know it sounds dumb (being that you have been doing it for 8 years) but, I know if I dont use a good amount of lube on my girlfriend, it hurts her as well. We been doing it for 6 or 7 years now. I reccommend the eros bodyglide lube. It is the best thing since sliced bread. (also it does not have a taste to it)

 

Not only should you be using lots of lube but use a silicone lube.

If you aren't having anal often enough, that may be a problem as well, as someone else said. My wife and I had been having anal sex about five times a week for 10 years or so, when I went on a business trip for two weeks. When I came back, she experienced a little trouble the first time, and was sore the next day. If you only have anal once a month, that may be part of the problem.
