A few days ago I took a nap during the day. I slept for maybe just over an hour, something that I do frequently, but this time something unexpected happened. While sleeping I had a dream in which I felt light, euphoric, peaceful, and open... I was conversing with every passer-by, greeting people who I rarely talk to, hugging and embracing people who I've seen but never took the time to do so with. I began to run in the dream and when I woke up I was already on my feet, moving toward the door of my bedroom. When I opened the door I came out of the dream, but remained in a dream-like state. I still felt light, euphoric and at peace with every and all. I believe that the experience caused physical symptoms as well. I was left feeling very openly emotional for the remainder of the day and was fascinated by the experience. I am further intrigued to discover how it happend and if moods and emotions generated in dreams can be transfered to reality in this way by some self-induced process. I believe, if so, such a thing would be of infinite value....
