nah, this place called Sullivans has the best fries. but outta fast food places, i like burger kings. but there really not that great.
Fitzy you'd be surprised - after I left new england I was blown away by the number of different fast food places I had never seen as well as full service chain restaurants. It's not really a good thing either.
I have never seen them over in PA either. I would be interested in finding a different french fry supplier.
when i do get out of new england, i do see a lot of fast food places that are not in new england. i saw a bunch when i went on my bike trip. but also, i rarely ever eat at a fast food place. i just don't like the quality of the food. i will eat at wendy's once in a while with friends, but i won't go there by myself to get something. though, i do like Arby's...
That's the one thing that I can't stand about the midwest and the south. Everything pretty much looks the same - a walmart and strip mall surrouned by a plethora of different fast food restaurants and chain restaurants. It's so homogenized and boring. I'm not saying that you don't have this in parts of New England, but its not everywhere you look. Interesting thing is that statistically obesity is a lesser problem in the northeast than other parts of the country.
I'd have to say arby's has the best curly fries and rally's has awesome fries. Mc Donalds and Burger King taste the same to me. and Wendy's are too bland
