Tonight was shit. I can't smoke at home, so me and a friend (vilekyle on here) went for a drive, when we went to our usual parking spot, a car started driving up to us (admittedly, this particular spot might not be so great as its not a common spot for a vehicle to park) so, we drove off and ended up parking behind a school, lighting up and finishing off an impressive six bowls (usually stop around a couple). I'm out of weed, with the exception of a fuckload of crystal in the bottom of my grinder. All of a sudden, a car rounds the corner of the school, so I start up and drive off.. Fucking flashing lights and sirens come on. I stop, realizing that I'm pretty much fucked as the car was still hotboxed, I just wait. The cop approaches and smells "freshly smoked marijuana" and, little to my knowledge, I had a considerable amount of weed on my pants, (poor bowl packing? maybe.. lol) So she has me get out of the vehicle and empty my pockets, followed by a thorough patting down by her male counterpart. They take my double barrel pipe, wicked grinder (complete with over a bowl's worth in pure crystal, and my pill bottle / weed holder. Then they inform me that I have enough drug and drug paraphenalia (sp) that they could support charges, and that they could detain me for whatever period of time. I didn't really like the sounds of that, but, she said the reason that they were around is because of some vandalism that had taken place last night around this time, she said that she realizes that we meant no harm, and that I was free to go. She then asked if I'd be ok to drive, and her partner opened my door. Free! Feel really shitty about losing my pipe and grinder though, I guess I'm pretty lucky.
wait are you kidding me you got off without charges? Dude thats awesome apart from losing a bowl and grinder when the charges probably would have been worse cause you were at a school.
the charges / criminal record would have been extremely shitty... and since im living with my parents again, they would have likely found out somehow.. that alone would make the charges pale in comparison.
it's always a better idea to drive and blaze instead of parking. obviously the best idea would be to stay inside or have some other completely isolated area, but NEVER park. you get cornered that way, as many of us have learned first hand.
get over it dude, go pipe shopping find a new nice one, as well as a grinder and enjoy.. you got a lot more then 'pretty lucky'

the cops are probly smokin your kief outta that pipe. lol similar thing happened to me the cops took my glass bowl and my glass bong, along with my bubbler and various homemade pipes.
That would be fucked if they just took my shit and smoked my grass and then threw away my pipe/grinder. I can only assume that it was my striking good looks that convinced her to take it easy on me.
dude, that's definetly sweet. lol i got caught once, last year (freshman) drunk and baked and on top of city hall with a few friends singing bob dylan at 2.00 in the morning... and they got kinda mad but no biggy. that's a good story though man, i'd be scared as shit in that situation
