Hey all, I recently purchased some dumbell weights, and have been doing some lifts with them. I noticed I felt more strain on my left arm then my right, but I though this was just due to the fact that I was right handed and my left hand wouldnt be as used to it. Then I also noticed that my left arm ended up looking a little more muscular than my right, which was odd as I have done equal amounts of lifts on both arms, anyone know why? Thanks.

It is possible your shoulders aren;t at equal height, causing more of a strain on one arm than the other (because the bicep is like a curling muscle) the same could be true for your triceps.
