    heya mini.....

Deeing as you are the owner people want and Need to know before committing themselves - what security to stay on or will the owner simply use their labor and say thank you good by.
what kind of governing - by rules and that sort of thing - helps them to see you've thought a good bit about this
work scene - both around the community and in the community....personal money availability
what ideals do you try to manifest - or just plain escapism ? ? all you say is to get away -> into what ?
Be doing the same in the states... http://hipforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2917 first 3 posts, will give you an idea of what people want to know.
make sure you want it enough to go it alone for a while - sometimes - - most of the time - that is how it comes about - people join what is in process, not just being talked about.

    Blessings Be along your Way

Namaste (my spirit bows to your spirit)

Old Wolf says a lot of intelligent things here. I'm in the process of planning a community in Texas & we are thinking of a lot of these same issues. I particularly like Old Wolf's question: "what are you escaping into." We want to escape a lifestyle that we know we don't like, but unless we plan to create something better, we could discover the same neurosis living in the country as we had in the city.

A community has to be a positive project with a grounding philosophy, not merely a retreat to the country.

Thanks guys for your valuable input, i see i will have to do a lot more thinking about it
I basically just want to get out of the rat race ,always chasing the dollar and just live a more peaceful life and be a bit self sustainable ,with less impact on the planet, and live more with nature and i am just looking for like minded people who are interested in the same
