Iv not had the chance to paint very often lately, but finally had some free time while i was off of work so here it is ( the 2nd one still needs some work)....
Good stuff! I especially like the first one. You have got some beautiful surfaces goin' on. I like the way you are applying paint without over working it.Your use of colour is good too. I have to agree, the second one isn't quite resolved.Perhaps a bit more contrast between the figures and background.I like the feeling of energy your work has and am a bit worried you might blow it if you go back to "fix it up".Have you been to art school ? Thanks for showing us. Gaz.
yeah i was in art college for 3 years but chose to travel instead of going on to univercity. visited some amazing places which have inpired and developed my work so much. I didnt agree with some of the methods at college so this was better for me. yeah i know what you mean about maybe ruiningit, when your in the zone it goes really really well and everything flows right. I only aim to add a few tints of colour to lift the images from the paint
Yeah, you made the right choice about university. You have the gift of being a natural painter and those places tend to stifle that.Looking forward to seeing more of your work later! All the best, Gaz.
the first one is my fav!! they are all great but i really really like the first one. i was going to say also that the circles look like people lol. do you have more paintings on here? good job

Thought the circles looked more like peacock feathers myself, could just be because I've seen about three million peacocks today. Well more like three, but still
I love the colors, and when i kept looking that the people, it looked like a family to me. i can't describe, they just looked kin or at least just as close.
