Hotels / hostels for larger groups

    Hi All,

    Im new here so first of all hello :)

    Seems like a really friendly community....so i may aswel hit you with my first question!

    Im planning on booking a trip in the dam for around 15 of us..all males..so you can imagine the trouble ive been having. Everywhere either only books mixed groups or only books for up to 8 people!

    Any help welcome :)

    Have you thought about maybe splitting your group into smaller sub-group's? i've seen a few hostels with i believe rooms for up to 12? In reality your group of 15 will shrink down to 4 or 5 when it gets down to the wire."only speaking from my own past exp."

    i had the same problem booking for a group of 13. depending on your budget!
    I booked us on 2 houseboats that are docked next to each other. of course there are pros and cons to this but for the most part the pros out way the cons. sometimes for you try to squeeze too many people in a space it becomes very tight. We are spending around 60 bucks US a night per person
