for the those of you that cant make it to dc, it being money, ride, to far, i got some advice, take to the street in your town, fuck the permits, iam not gonna let some fat fucker with a badge tell me i cant carry a sign saying "stop the war" lets take to the streets whereever your at, lets show those bastards in the white house what demmcracy looks like.
i purchased pasta for two gentlemen standing on the corner of a street with their bikes and cat. they were carrying signs that pretty much said just that... it was touching to see military folk give them money as well... but as far as protesting, i would be a one-woman show. the town i am living in has around 2,000 people and all of them are republicans, or apathetic (in the way that makes you be interested in Baby Phat instead of politics.)
i organized a small protest for the 27th. on the main street of Algonac (where i live), i'm not letting people tell me that i can't give my opinion on this world, this country, our lives and the lives of others. Life and revolution is in our hands we just have to sculpt them the way they were meant to be.
thats great, never let people tell u cant do something, if its something u beleave in, then go for it ps is that steal this book ur reading in ur sig?? great book
Hmm... do you guys know of any way I can look up events around my area for that day? I'm almost positive theres going to be something going on in Madison, but I dont know...how do I find out?
