I know this thread is ancient now, but I can confirm that squirting is 100% real, as I can almost always make myself squirt, and ALOT! I have never squirted with orgasm though.
And for the record, the liquid is coming out of my vagina, not my urethra.

I think some girls can to be honest. As for what the liquid is i don't know. The only friend i have known to have done it said it sometimes embarrassed her because it had the faint odor of urine to it.
