who here's into sex magick , spiritual sex , ceremonies and the like?

I think this is a very interesting area.

Who heres into/ studied Tantra , Taoist sexual practices , Pagan sexual practices or anything like that?

How did u get involved?What did u learn?

I study all the Taoist sex arts , and know a bit about the Tantric versions of the same stuff

But I was wondering about the how these things sort of connect into some sort of overall philosophy/practice.
And also how they network and with what purpose.

Most of the Pagans ( some excluded!) Ive come across , seem to be quite a way removed from the Sex Magick orgies that are portrayed in the media. : ( LOL

Anyway , Im a sex obsessed Scorpio , -a one track mind as people say

I wonder how many people see sex magick and the like as a type of meditative experience?

Hmm i dont know much about the recognised ceremonies and things you talk about, but i always see sex as a spiritual experience, and that is what it always is for us. I believe love-making is highly spiritual

 

I'm on the Taoist train as well.

One of Mantak Chia's many books were my intro.

As with most things, I start of exploring a concept in pagan terms and then end up practising something a good deal more eastern.

The hub and I did do some May Day sex work once to consumate our group's new ritual space though. (Damn that night started off chilly)

 

What was the book's title? I'd like to get a copy of it.
