You know how you get a tad excited when they say that Zepplin' or Floyd are comming up next after you've been listening to ZZ Top for 20 minutes straight on a station...

And then they play Stairway to Heaven or Brain Damage.

    Fuck.

i havent listened to the classic rock station in a long time. i think my ears are better because of it

but classic rock stations arent the worst radio stations out there.

Defenatly not. I just take comfort in the jazz and classical music ones... those tend to be wonderful.

Fuck, I know. :D And it's always the worst when it's a situation where your place of employment plays the same station everyday. I honestly believe that it would suck some major ass to be a classic rock DJ. (o_O)

    Uhhhum.

I wake up to the Jay and Tom show here on the radio every morning.

Those poor men have to start broadcasting every morning at 4, and seem all cheery and shit. Poor people...

I once had my own radio show that was very badass and such, what with its Velvet Underground, Kinks, Stooges, Seeds, Sonics, etc. :H The only thing I miss about those university days.

Haha, a couple of friends had one on the college radio too... I always used to sit in with them and make them play VU songs... they were both music nazis, so they didn't oblige as much.

It was fun though, we'd smoke joints in the station and just act silly.

why are any of you listening to the radio?

i for one love classic rock. but i dont have the problem of having to listening to only a select portion of it from 9-5...

at my work we have an ipod, which we all put music on. ... right now its a lot of christian rock and sarah mclachlan... which is so not ok.

I listen to the radio because I don't make enough money for a MP3 player.

I'd rather spend my money on rock.

    CRAAAAAACK ROOOOOOOCK.
