I was just using information I happened to have to argue the point that, in a natural setting, animals don't have the means or motivation to harvest and utilize marijuana, depriving them of the instincts necessary to govern its use.

Animal testing is just completely barbaric, and I'm always shocked/angered to hear what pointless tests scientists and companies carry out with the excuse of 'furthering scientific and psychological knowledge'. Animal testing is 100% necessary, basically every medical achievement in the last century is due to animal testing.
At least they use mostly rats for the pointless experiments, and I mean come on who gives a fuck its a rat, if it was in your house, you'd beat it to death, don't act like you wouldn't.

 

What makes the rat's life any less important than a cat's or a rabbit's that they use in experimentation? I give a fuck if it's a rat, and no, I wouldn't kill it if it were in my house. I'd find a humane way to set it free like any person with half a heart would do.

There are places that sell no-kill traps, it's unnecessary and cruel to kill a rat just because it wandered into your house.

I have 2 pet rats and wouldn't think twice about harming them, even if its a wild rat. which they dont use in animal testings.

Y'no, they could carry any kind of contagious desease and if a normal rat-absent person found a wild rat running about the house it would be foolish not to get rid.
Not necessarily kill, but at the end of the day getting rid is the objective and if killing is THE only way, then so be it.

Ive blown smoke at my dog. He just kinda lays around and sleeps and looks conufsed. I dont do it anymore tho (well...cuz Im not living at home right now so I dont see him..haha.) But nah. I wouldnt again, he just doesnt seemt o have fun, so whats the point of trying it again?

 

Shit, maybe if you get pets high then with time, without you realising, they could evolve and use parts of the brain that should never be introduced to animals. They could develop ways to think and co-exist with humans to a greater exent.
They could be the next prime inhabitors of Earth in time to come, creating everything in their ways with cat and dog stores selling various cat/dog clothing an accessories for other pets which also got high on different drugs through foolish owners that thought it was a laugh..
