Could there be a new generation of the Merry Pranksters?

I was reading in the Washington Post (sorry don't have the link cuz I was reading the actual paper) that the Kesey's are planning on sending out the bus again... And doing that whole thing like the Electric Kool-Aid Acid Test. I'm actually finishing that book so I found it pretty exciting. I don't know when or anything but I'm definitely on that bus if it comes around.
So yeah.. thought you all should know. =P

I don't see anything like the Merry Pranksters happening again, it could never be the same, it'd turn into some sort of mobile museum.

 

i think it would be cool, but things are never as good as they were the first time but hell maybe i'll be wrong. But i seriously doubt that from what ive read there is no fucking way they would get away with the shit they did back in the day.

 

they would prolly get pulled over a few miles after they started... so it really couldnt be the same unless they wanted to get locked up.

Which kid? Zane? Making money off of one great big giant prank is in itself a prank so props to Zane.

btw: I Highly doubt that Zane or any other of Ken's progeny have any $ worries.

 

i think they will get pretty far if the leave the acid out of the bus or if they can hide it properly if the get pulled over, which will happen for sure.
