Science is important in many things, but at the same time very very destructive.

I think people should strive to be balanced in their silly brain. This can be easily performed with an operation... I volunteer to perform it.

like most movies, they blow everything out of context.. sure, jim drank a lot and did a lot of drugs but that doesnt mean anything
his music and his poetry are what is so captivating to me. his ltrics take u on a journey that no other person ever can...

as for the left-brain/right-brain...i am a righ-brained person and i believe that if you cannot express yourself freely you are hiding yourself from the world.
science cannot explain nor express human emotion, it is too volatile. It's kind of like a solid block of pure sodium hitting a pool of water.

 

Don't dismiss left-brain people just because you aren't one of them. Who the fuck says we all have to be the same. If I want to be analytical and it if that is how I am made than why is that a bad thing.

THis all especially sucks because I'm a woman and so people expect me to be all intuitive and artsy because women are supposed to be emotional and artistic and I'm not and no one is going to convince me that I am any less of a person becauase of that.

I thought being open minded was part of being a right-minded "hippie" and you are not being open minded. I could easily say that you think right brain is better simply because you are incapable of doing math and science and aren't smart enough for it... but that is not what I think I think they are both equally important. Ontopic: I have to admit I quite like a bit of rock 'n roll excess on the stage. Of course it gets dissapointing when the singer falls of the stage and isn't able to get up, but if you like to perform strunk, why not! No reason to idolize someone for that though. It's just fun.

 

Come on man put your brain to work, don´t you think the movie had to be aproved by the band before it ever started beeing shown (movies tv etc...)
Meaning its all true, except for some parts where Jim is not with the band so there is no way of knowing what really went on except for testemonials.
